At this point I don’t care either. I’ve had too many surgeries and too many procedures. All at a teaching hospital with umpteen people in the room. Once in a while a doctor makes me uncomfortable but it’s rare.

I disagree. Having the insurance companies cover medical costs and property damage is normal. Suing for huge millions when you kill someone (even by accident) is sleazy.
