I see that bleach, the common ingredient in all these fun examples, is the only one that contains chlorine.

I like reading stories like these. You had the passion, the drive, and you got what you wanted.
It saves the company from having two separate builds to maintain, even though it shouldn’t be that hard to make a demo.
If the creators are going to deviate from the original storyline (more or less) when they leave Midgar, it doesn’t sense to start from there. People would have the expectation that the game up until that point followed the original. This also isn’t fair to people who never played the original; I’m sure there are…
I’ve been treating this game as if this was a “Final Fantasy XVI” instead of a “faithful” remake of the original game. This relieves me of any expectation and nagging feelings of trying to tie the original to the remake.
The comments about ticketing and stuff feels like it doesn’t take into consideration of things like what the fees/taxes/whatever is going into one country or another (the $200/$800 example seems kind of extreme) or the statistics and financial impact of no-shows (which you could argue “boohoo”, but these airlines are…
If it doesn’t include ray tracing, I don’t think it’ll be able to retake its crown as a game that melts PCs. 😜
If an attacker can gather enough 2FA codes, they can figure out what seed was used. I mean, again, it’s impractical to do this, but it’s still a security risk to allow codes to be screencapped.
And then in less than a year because nobody cares, they shut down the service, then claim such things are dead in the water and won’t go to Google or NVIDIA. Or worse because they had to invest in that infrastructure and it was a giant hole in their bottom line they couldn’t fill back in.
I’m willing to bet an increasing number of people who practice poor security will use 2FA thinking it’ll harden their poor habits, so it won’t be all that hard to figure out their login information.
I’m not too well versed in this sort of security, but I think the risk is if a bad actor is allowed to take screenshots of the 2FA app (who knows, maybe the bad actor can be malware that can find a way to bring it up and screen cap it?), then given enough codes over time, they could deduce the sequence and compromise…
(the client should check what the charger provides before drawing more than basic USB current however)
This is what I find strange about the USB-C standard. The power delivery mechanism is passive, but figuring out alt-modes requires the host and the device to talk to each other about it.
In addition to avoiding swerving in and out of lanes, I’ve found in LA, staying on the right lane a lot of times gets me through faster. My theory is that many people still adhere to the “left lane = fast lane” absolute, so once they get on, they all want to try to get to the left side of the highway. But then they…
I get that there is a “based on” things in Pokemon world. But there’s no UK, Japan, or whatever in the Pokemon world.
I’ve made it a habit that every time it’s pay day, I look at my credit cards and pay them off or whatever I can pay. It’s just sort of a thing I do.
Unfortunately we (the US) sort of let this happen.
I’m confused about the social stigma that dining alone has.
I think the hurdle will mostly be trying to figure out Sony’s magic software sauce in a similar vein to projects like DXVK.
