"Typically you can't trademark single words" Didn't Apple try to stop usage of the prefix 'i'?

I know, they have one word in common and it's not even a word usually associated with Bethesda's game. It's like George Lucas suing someone because they called a movie 'Wars' and it may be confused with Star Wars. In fact, I should probably Google that to make sure it hasn't already happened.

Stupidest reason for initiating legal proceedings ever. They can sit up top along with Monster for that one. Every one I know says they are looking forward to Skyrim and also says they enjoyed oblivion. Who the hells ever even mentions 'the elder scrolls'?

Why expect them to be free forever? I'm surprised they were ever free at all.

"Crappy controller", eh? Ever tried Diablo on a controller? I'm assuming no. The developers think it works just as well and they made the game, but you stick to that baseless opinion if you wish.

Ignoring my link, huh? If the developers of the game think it'll work just as good, doesn't that render your opinion moot?

Boo! Get off the stage!

It's obviously just an experiment to test the market waters and it seems to working. I have no problems paying for map packs, because I know the work that goes into those. I also know the work that goes into making a texture for a weapon model, which is why I won't give them a penny for it. Sadly, hundreds, if not

"How can you have Ghostbusters without Venkman? " Don't assume he'd make it better. He was the worst performing of all in the recent video game. If he provided the same performance on screen, I can do without him.

The prices for the weapon skins are a bloody joke. There's almost no testing involved and a graphics artist can knock them up in well under an hour. There's no distribution costs either. After the first 2 or 3 skins are bought, making them back the 10 bucks they paid the artist to make it, every single one after that

Turn tape to side B, rewind and press play.

You don't see anything wrong with having to wait an hour to play games on a console?

It's pathetic, isn't it? They complain about having to swap discs, but I'll bet they put in games and DVDs all the time without complaining about the effort it took. What difference does it make if it's one game or not. Some people will complain about anything. If having to get up and change a disc is a problem for

Why? The 60 seconds in total you'll spend swapping discs twice is nothing compared to the time you'll wait for it to install on PS3. If you don't want to swap discs, install on 360. It'll still be faster.

8gig transfer from BD-ROM? That'll be fun.

How so?

They've lost me. Why use this to gain the power to split the hydrogen rather than solar or wind power?

Okay, here comes the Luddite with the idiot question, but if this turned out to be true, apart from the fact that light is no longer the fastest thing on earth, what would this change for us? What would we be able to do better or what would suddenly become possible?
