I think it’s superhero fatigue plain and simple. It happened to Westerns back in the day and it is starting to happen to superhero movies too. I only own two Christmas albums: A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack and Christmas Songs by Bad Religion. I think I’m batting two for two. 

When Evil Lurks was my favorite horror movie this year glad to see it made #2 on your list. That freakin’ dog scene!

I’m sure The Marvels is a decent movie but I’m just so tired of the MCU. I’ll probably come back once they finally get around to that X-Men because I have a lot of nostalgia tied to that series.

Never Goin’ Back deserves more praise in the raunchy teen girl comedy genre. It’s way funnier than Booksmart and Blockers.

This reminds me of when I worked at K-Mart in high school and had to deal with the adult Hot Wheels and action figure collectors only way worse. All they did was constantly ask me to check in the back for more stock or accuse me of stealing the chasers.
