For me:
1) The Leftovers
2) Big Little Lies
3) The Handmaid's Tale
4) Master of None
5) Veep (not the greatest season but still the funniest show on TV)
6) Riverdale (yeah, I too was surprised over how good it was!!)

Master of None's second season was so fantastic! I didn't think it would be better than season 1 but damn, season 2 was too good. The thanksgiving episode was the best obviously but I loved the last two eps too. I need Season 3 now.

I think a Dumbledore and Grindelwald story is far more interesting and compelling and I'm glad the movies are going in that direction. Although the titles would have to change.. no?

What? I don't understand. What is 'Manimal'? I'm saying that DCEU movies sucked and still made a lot of money.

Hopefully use will their brains and good sense and nominate good shows. Not ones that used to be good and aren't anymore (Homeland, House of Cards). Also if This is Us gets a nom and the Leftovers doesn't, it'll prove their stupidity.

The Leftovers is being talked a lot online, mostly by the critic circles. Also popularity does not equal quality. I think the DCEU films before Wonder Women prove that.

Game of Thrones isn't eligible. Which is why I'm really hoping The Leftovers wins! It has a strong chance. Along with the actors

I loved the Handmaid's Tale but this season of the Leftovers was far far better. That finale alone should win every single award there is.

You're missing out. It's the best show out there.

Seriously though, if the show doesn't get nominated ( it should win everything), the Emmy voters are a bunch of idiots.

Jo was okay in the early seasons but she got progressively worse.

No she was a bad actress. We're not supposed to like a lot of characters, but they act well, she was downright awful.

I'm a college graduate, believe me, I've read a lot. Harry Potter got me into reading more. But thanks for being extra snarky.

Harry Potter is such a well-written, beautifully told story. It means so much to me, it showed me the value of strong bonds, loyalty and how ultimately, it's love and friendship that gives you the most satisfaction and brings you far in life, not greed and a thirst for power.

This… does not look good.

I binged watched Riverdale in 2 days on Netflix. I think it's far better than I thought it would be. A lot more than a teen drama imo.

What the fuck? How is this even allowed to happen? What fucking misogynistic era is this?

It's quite good but they need to dial down on the emotional manipulation. It puts me off the show sometimes

Well the Leftovers went beyond the source material and look how fantastic those seasons turned out!

She probably is but I'm hoping she isn't.
