I don’t understand your point here. A man leaves behind a family after being shot and people want to help out through an online platform that has helped thousands, and you’re saying that’s a bad thing? You didn’t even state an argument in there, just said they’re using GoFundMe...

I agree Uber didn’t handle this situation properly, but shouldn’t they be given some credit for providing an opportunity to these refugees? I’ve spoken to many of these drivers from Muslim countries in Ubers who are thankful that they could so quickly and easily find a job after coming to the States.
