As much as it pains me, I do have to agree (albeit, also no law degree here). The MVSRA is pertinent to services performed that were authorized through “unfair or deceptive practices”. Not services that were performed shittily. The claim of negligence is still 110% legitimate, the MVRSA claim though isn’t.

What do you mean? Its a Faraday to be punning about.
Couple that with the distinct lack of reliability in US OEM built vehicles in the 2000-2008 era and yup, there’s your supply drop.

That’s what they make LS3s for though
Solution to most of the issues in disembarking a plane: ban full-sized carry-ons & allow a free checked bag. If you’re carrying your 50 lb compression stuffed bag into the overhead bin, you’re the problem.

I mean... I was gonna go with HSX (a tribute to both the Honda/Acura NSX & HSV race car)... But that’s way better.
It’s for sure going to be N/A but that’s perfectly fine. Tried meshing the BRZ’s FA20 & Ascents FA24 engine specs and you end up with an estimated ratings in an NA FA24 powered BRZ/86 of...
I mean... Fair, but the Miata should have a little more power too. Even without it comes out w/ a power:weight ratio of 1:12.9 while the BRZ comes in at 1:13.5. I say get both down to 1:12.0 & we’re talking (correlates to about a 195 HP Miata & a 235 HP BRZ)

This is true. I imagine they probably just said fuck it and bolted one of the driveshafts in backwards then. I’m curious if the center axle power issue doesn’t just boil down to something inherent to driving the chain driven t-case backwards?
