The S2000 feels, and is, faster.
The S2000 feels, and is, faster.
Maybe. But neither my Corolla or mazdaspeed6 had that issue /:
Didn’t just feel faster, the S2K IS faster.
I sold the Corolla for $500 more than I bought it for — brand new.
Read my blog, I did everything short of FI on mine. It was a manual and slow as molasses.
It was a fuckton more fun to drive, not a LOT slower in a straight line (ran the same time around Buttonwillow, actually), and got more than double the fuel economy.
Mazda RX8. Goddamn they look(ed) cool, and all the magazines said they handled like a dream.
I love cooking. My standard week usually consists of Soy/ginger marinated ribeye, lamb stew, teriyaki chicken over fried rice, some kind of fish-something,
Good God that is an attractive interior.
I felt that way about my loaded, 06 Passat 2.0T when it was new. Wait til it’s out of warranty and sucks your bank account dry.
I looked back almost every time at my Speed6 and I still look back almost every time at my Genesis 5.0 R-Spec.
At least the V10 TDI is still innocent...
Holy shit.
Everyone says “a real sports car doesn’t need gobs of torque/power, blah blah.”
I ran so many sets of tires on that piece of crap:
“...cocain bricks the size of ottomans.”
The RX8 is hilariously, disappointingly slow and torque-less.
Take a gander at my kinja page. It explains it all.
Obligatory:
They only made the R-Spec in white, silver, darker silver, and black.
