Perhaps. I was thinking of the low barometer of MacFarlane humor (specifically the Cleveland Show and Family Guy, American Dad stands out and MacFarlane mostly leaves it alone). Look at the maid character: the joke is, "Latina maids talk funny and low, hahaha". I think we're saying the same thing in different ways.

I'm glad to see season 4 get some love because I know a *lot* of people who don't like it. I feel like Angel gets better every season peaking in Season 5.
