My aunt uses hers like that. As long as it airs out, it should be fine. The extreme heat from the cycle, however, does help with sanitizing though, so running it every now and then isn't a bad idea - just let it dry to get rid of extra moisture.

Did you read my other comments about rock climbing and golfing? Could also be applied to running, swimming, surfing, and biking.

I've witnessed competitive rock climbing (indoor), so I think that counts. Solo, not so much.

Defense is something you have to battle against at the time you are competing. So, bodybuilding wouldn't count. Golf would because you're battling the elements (wind, pressure, etc.) much like in winter sports like skiing and snowboarding. It's a very close call on defense for those things, but I'd count it.

"Going to the gym"? My rugby teammates and I (YAY, 6 PERCENT! O_o) argue all the time about whether some things are sports or not. The consensus: It's not a sport if there's no defense of SOME kind (something you have to battle against to come out on top). Being a part of a sport is not the same thing as being sport-y

CITY of Atlanta residents. Not people in Alpharetta, Gwinett, East Cobb, etc. The City of ATL is a whole lot different than Metro Atlanta.

If it were up to just the citizens of Atlanta, it would pass. But Atlanta is like the Austin, Texas of Georgia. Progressive, awesome, and forward thinking inside the perimeter, but outside? Whole different world.

Many congratulations from ATL!

Yeah, I'm generally quick to size people up and if the situation warrants it if I can "take them." But if I feel like I'd lose that battle or if it's over something not worth it, then I don't think it takes away from my badassed-ness to back off and either let it go or call the authorities.

Y'know, I'm pretty ballsy, but I would not go into superhero mode over some stolen beer.

I can't reply for some reason, but I agree with PeterDaniel below.

I actually work in advertising so it's really not that much of an issue (I wore shorts, a t-shirt, and old-school Pumas to work today), but having to explain it is often an interesting or tedious thing, depending on the person.

While we're at it, can we go ahead and notify adult corporate America (not sure about other places in the world) that braids/dreads/natural hair is not unprofessional? Please and thanks.

1) maebynodefinitely 's comment below is right on point.

Seriously - what if she got hit by a bus as soon as she left work? Not only did she have to work that whole day, but she didn't eat the delicious ass cheesecake when she wanted it.

I think I'm lucky b/c the main farmer's market here in Atlanta (Dekalb Farmer's Market) is not very expensive at all, depending on what you're after. Some thing like red/yellow/orange/green peppers are always expensive, but I find them to be on par with Walmart's prices but with better quality produce.

Here's a couple of thoughts on this:

I agree. I totally have no issue with utilizing the Internet for academic sourcing. I think part of the issue I have is really the inability for people (not just the current college set either) to be able to tell viable, competent sources from non-competent sources. Part of my master's degree is in media literacy and

What? No Eddie Long? (Yeah, I realize it was settled which is far less fun to write about.)
