People such as yourself who spend this much time and energy fretting over the words someone else has said are really quite sad. Who cares?!?! There are so many problems in this world–real problems, not just hurt feelings–that the only answer I can give you as to why cancel culture is only temporary at best is because

I would have never heard of this person had I not come across this article and been like, “huh, who is this person I’ve never heard of who’s obviously enough of a name to have an article written about them,” so I respectfully disagree. Ignoring stuff can work wonders.
