Seems to me we're seeing a split between those who want to address the issue in theory, taking a largely academic approach—hence jargony terms like rape culture; and those who are trying to have a real practical impact to reduce rape.
Yeah, and frankly, the organization seems to have a much more effective approach than those who think all men are potential rapists who don't know any better and therefore teaching consent will reduce rape.
I agree, completely I don't buy this notion that most rapists just don't know where the lines are. While there can be certain circumstances in which both people are drunk and confused, such cases would be fairly isolated at best.
