The problem is they only filtered the art on the tiles, but not the seams between the tiles. This causes a grid of razor sharp lines through all the soft-filtered art.

They need to either filer EVERYTHING or none of it. The problem is that they’re filtering the art on the tiles, but not the seams between the tiles, creating a grid of razor sharpness in all the soft filtered graphics.

SNES and Mobile tiling comparison

The problem with this game is the same as their mobile ports of Final Fantasy 5 & 6. The tiles that make up the backgrounds lineup the same way they did on the SNES, but while the art on the tiles is filtered and smoothed out, the seams between the tiles are razor sharp. This creates a

‘Serviceable’ is hardly a fitting level of quality for these legendary games.
Square needs to take a look at the Megaman Legacy Collections to see how to PROPERLY modernize a classics like this.
If Capcom can offer a stunning level of polish and perfection to the NES Chip & Dale games on Steam, Squaresoft has

The crush/hero worship is definitely a thing, but that doesn’t mean that she’s obsessed/blind enough to actually pursue a relationship with someone she’s only met a couple of times and is 30-40 years older than her.

Claiming the narrative MUST be heading towards a romance means you also have to assume she would never

Except that’s not what’s happening. This article ignores the first half of the scene where Sakura is debating the merits of giving up her dream of being a fighter to get a real job and family. And that’s before she runs into Ryu. The reason she looks embarrassed is that she thinks Ryu might actually misunderstand and

They’re reading waaaayyyy too much into it and not giving the full circumstances of the scene.

Sakura’s been very introspective about her future, and is torn between finding a real job or following her dream of being a fighter. She doesn’t have the money to just up and travel, so she’s wondering if the life

Call it whatever you like. But it’s a clear and simple, single-syllable, three letter way to differentiate the two models in the eyes of this sites target audience.

I’m loving everything about the game except for the controls. The least used control (the Aeion ability) should be mapped to the L shoulder button. And the option to make Missiles a toggle would be welcome. It’s hand-destroyingly cramped to have to free-aim missile shots in a tense situation.

Being a “paying customer” who’s cheating doesn’t entitle them to anything. Valve already has the VAC banning system. But if someone’s done something bad enough to warrant having their entire account removed, then it probably involves money. Something to do with gambling sites, or perhaps hacking items/cards to sell

Probably depends on severity. VAC bans do exist, so if someone did something worthy of having their entire account banned it was likely above and beyond.

Why should Valve spend their money and effort on cheaters? If someone is going to ruin non-cheaters game time, they deserve to lose their account. They agreed to the terms of service like everyone else.

Attention seeking behavior. If anyone is at fault in this, it’s Universal for not putting Bethesda in contact with the DiMucci, neglecting the mentioned clause in the contract between Universal and DiMucci

Glad that so many people got them. But in my entire region there were 5 for sale in total over the last 6 months so I had no real chance of obtaining one. It’s like Nintendo wants people to be pissed at them....

People have a near complete version of the game. This will be the gold master. The final code never leaked. So the game that will be on the Mini SNES will be the full game that went through final bug testing and have any remaining features that the currently emulated versions wouldn’t.

My understanding from another developer interview is that there was a final version that was retail ready that never leaked. Nintendo would still have that.

Have to wait for the GBA classic mini for that! It’s so small you can fit two of them on a credit card!

They’d have to commission a revamped game ROM from Square to do that properly. They’re just using the existing english SNES game where the title screen will say III.

The whole stupid renumbering approach was supposed to avoid confusion... by creating more confusion. *shrug*
