Many look at Bad Religion as a band that's outlived their usefulness. Maybe they represented a phase of your life that you've outgrown: "Why are you still into this? I'm onto a more interesting sound. You need to get with the program. I love craft beer!" There's nothing wrong with liking something new, or drinking

We can split hairs if you want. Drug abuse is selfish. And a lot of time stems from mental problems. I'm entirely OK with being dubbed insensitive to mental health issues. Just because there was no suicide note doesn't mean it wasn't an attempt. We'll never know what was going through Brad's head. But I won't back

I get the joke. It's awesome first-worlders have venues like the AV Club to make jokes like this.

Forgive me for not assessing the altruistic nature of drug abuse. Mea culpa.

So Brad kills himself. Commits suicide, one of the most selfish things you can do, and his bandmates are supposed to give a crap about his wishes about Sublime. Sure, the music isn't up to snuff. It's bad. But you're going to admonish the band for not fulfilling the post-mortem wishes of a selfish dick? Might want to
