I went to a press screening of Armageddon and it started late so I had to sit through that song being played on repeat for +40minutes. I can't tune out when any music is being played, it always gets my attention. That was a bloody nightmare, I ended up hating the song before the movie had even started. The term LI3

They don't mention Scalps, the super low budget 1983 horror movie from Fred Olen Ray which deals with archaeology students digging around an indian burial site. It's a pretty rudimentary movie, shot on weekends by amateurs for $15,000 but it seems to be one of the earliest to actually have an IBG, so well done them.

It's as real as his love for Hispanics.

But look at all the awards he's won, there's a golf trophy and an Oscar behind him by the window. What did he win his Oscar for again?

I lived in London for a couple of decades and the best thing about that was being able to see 2001 on the big screen once a year if I wanted to (and I always wanted to). Saw them play in Brighton a few weeks back, they did two warm up gigs for their latest tour, both nights in

I've never heard anyone accuse it of xenophobia before, to me it seems the tagline suggests the opposite. It's British advert, shown in Britain for a British product that ultimately says it doesn't matter that it's British.

I don't think that's fair. Another thing that's not fair is the review, it's not so much the reviewer failed to see what others saw, it's that they didn't even attempt to engage with the film. There's no mention of things like the quality of performances (Shearsmith is great in this) or things like the impressive
