You sure taking a joke a bit too personally. How much money have you sunk into this scam game?
It’s fun to check in on a dumpster fire and see if it is still burning nearly a decade later.
Sol.
Whatever you do, don’t complain about the bugs in-game. Everyone will immediately jump down your throat about it being an alpha test and that you shouldn’t complain because the game isn’t done yet.
In the early 2010’s, I was caught up in the hype, bought in for a specific pirating ship model (the Cutlass) because of talks about tractor beams, docking rings, pvp ship boarding, ship mass and handling, thruster location, gunner pod fields of view, cargo capacity, etc etc... I’m their target sucker, I didn’t care if…
I noticed in the pictures. I think it’s a bad idea to have a screen that far out of the line of sight for the driver. Whatever is done on that screen is not only done while stationary, so I think it’s stupid.
Star Citizen is like right behind the Trump Election Defense Fund in terms of hilariously obvious scams
Star Citizen is what people think Cyberpunk was.
The fact that they are only pulling it off the 3 and Y but leaving it on the more expensive S and X tells me that this is all about cost engineering. They are (probably) about to lose their billions in carbon-offset credits as Stellantis integrates FCA, and they need to make a profit from actual car sales. Since they…

seriously this game is such a ridiculous scam
Really, really, really not a fan of the idea of being on the road with drivers looking straight down at that screen.
I’m sorry but having a giant screen that’s essentially where the cupholders are in a traditional car is fucking stupid. Why don’t they just place it on the floor? That’s literally the only place your eyes can go that’s further from the road.
Damn near any BMW, but I’m going to single out the entry level 3 series after options. Fifty. Seven. Thousand. Dollars. for a turbo 4 banger churning out less horsepower than a Chrysler Minivan at 255 HP (I know, BMW underrates their engines). Their interior materials feel cheap, they’ve tried finding ways to nickle…
That’s easy, trucks (F-150, Silverado, Ram). They don’t have expensive engineering or manufacturing, people just pay for the size because they equate size with cost. That’s why the profit margins are so high.
every single one of them. but mostly the very simple ladder framed roll up your own windows lock your own doors vinyl seated v6 trucks they have the balls to charge 38k for a crew cab. every single full size truck is overpriced. second i would say is all german cars and their option prices.
I’m enjoying more and more how much of a mess this film is and yet was given close to glowing reviews by certain outlets as ‘brilliant’.
