Every day this year, I’ve come to understand Nintendo’s decision to stay out of the competitive scene more and more.

No one says anything because their careers are at stake — even after they leave the show if they remain in the field. But, also, we do not know that no one said anything; they may have tried and been disbelieved or counseled to ‘get over it.’ A lot of us don’t trust our own intuition over those who wield more power…

Yet.

Jesus, even Trump hasn’t managed to let *this* particular phrase slip in his support of white supremacy.

It’s astounding watching my neighbors vote year after year for the ghouls killing my small, rural, very Republican town. But, apparently, my tears are more satisfying than having a post office that can promptly and affordably deliver checks, bills, medicine, packages, whatever you need.

And this is the same Jared Kushner who, when asked about the election being pushed back, said he’d have to think about it.

As long as a Democrat isn’t in office, they don’t care. That’s it, really.

They’re ok with this, “He’s not hurting the people he’s supposed to be hurting.” - Trump voter.

Time and time again, members of this administration have shown that they are willing to do traitorous and treasonous things in their own self interest. It is an utter mystery to me how Republican voters and Republican elected officials can find a way to turn a blind eye.

It would’ve been awful had the second quarter GDP fallen just 9.5%. It actually fell a hitherto unfathomable 32.9%.

November will be our last chance. If Trump is getting advice from war criminals like John Yoo and fascist lackeys like Barr and Wolf, losing the election will be the end of the US as we’ve known it.

Where are the libertarians in Congress to do something?

To add to the general sense how ugly the post-Election is going to be, there are some small things that do give me unexpected.... optimism even if that is not quite the correct word.

This new militia? Grabbing protestors from the streets, and shoving them into unmarked vans. This is exactly the end game for which they are preparing, Make no mistake. Secret police are always the first step to facilitate authoritarian regimes.

They think we’re stupid. Cancer treatments have long term impacts on the body that can certainly weaken it, but unless you’re actually undergoing chemo treatment or something, having had cancer in the past is not going to have a huge impact on increasing your chances of getting covid-19 like diabetes, heart probs,…

This man survived stage 4 colon cancer and died after trying to cape for President Trump. He really blew a lead, just wild.
