I take it you haven't visited the comments section there in at least a couple of weeks, it's absolutely been flooded with "they were illegally arresting him", "he was accelerating OUT of the crowd, not into it" and a bunch of similar horseshit, much of it with triple-digit likes, so, yeah, not grays.

Not really seeing why any Jalopnik readers would/should be upset by this - the guy was pretty clearly violating any number of traffic laws just to get there in the first place, and at least from what it says here, I don’t see how anyone* could think it was anything but 110% deliberate.

If I were 14, this might spark envy in my soft little brain. As a man in his 30s, I can only think that some incredibly bad decisions are going to be made in that ridiculously gaudy house, and these kids are just not ready for it.
