“almost didn’t make it to production”

So much press from you guys on this car but where/when does it come out?  2021 model year?  We are there already, it should have been released.

I hadn’t noticed until you pointed it out.  Now it looks like mild accident damage.

This is a beautiful car with a beautiful interior and some amazing technical specs. I look forward to racing one against my 316 mph Tuatara, my Devel Sixteen, and my Terrafugia Transition.

I’m going to disagree. It creates a “line to nowhere.” They should have left it capped by the trunk line as opposed to leading the eye further and pointing at what? The oh so familiar wheel flare? There is nothing like it elsewhere on the car either, it just sits there like the orphan it is. They could have been a lot

EV’s are heavy, you might as well lean into it. And yeah, moving the bro-truck segment over to EVs will see a lot of direct benefits.

I don’t get the hate for the electric Hummer. It seems like the best type of vehicle to electrify. People are going to drive Hummer sized vehicles whether they run on gas, diesel, fry oil, recycled Kia Sephias, babies, or electricity. NOTHING will infringe upon our RIGHT to own THE BIG CARS. There’s no reason for them

I second this! I would argue religion has done far more bad in the suffering it has caused humanity than the “salvation” each separate one seems to claim. That’s not to say I judge anyone for following a particular belief system, it would just be simpler as a whole to keep religion off of Mars.

Can we make Mars a religion free planet, please. That’s going to go a long fucking way in keeping everyone sane.

That is, essentially, some peak colonizer bullshit.

“That is, essentially, some peak colonizer bullshit. The mindset that nothing actually exists until you, a human, arrive to make meaning out of it is the exact thing humans have been doing for ages. When European folk started crossing the pond and settling in America, they saw it as a “free planet,” too, one that

Reverse: Interstates are awesome when one wants to drive a long distance with the minimum number of stops.  Slowing down every few miles for a town sucks up a lot of time.

They ranked it higher solely because they felt it keeps track of the driver better but it’s ranked worse in both performance and far worse in ease of use. In the real world you can only use Super Cruise on specific supported highways and in places like New York the law forbids Super Cruise from being used entirely. GM

So it’s going to take them at least a year of internal testing before they plan on using it?

No BMW driver would pay that fee.  They’d put on a sweater and play music on their iPhone.
