... why? Do you think people are eager to dump Teslas for an unreleased waiting-listed Porsche that doesn’t have a practical charging network to serve it’s allegedly superfast charging? The pricing of the Taycan skyrockets with options as well, so really they will be in slightly different price ranges.

Does Porsche

If they did a season that was strictly challenges (old top gear) I’d be down for that. Have them join the Gambler 500 for a weekend.

Harris is boring.  Which is why LeBlanc is such a huge loss for the BBC.

“Besides, I’m 58 and I’m too fat to be climbing on to the stage.”

I would guess that the platform (digital streaming vs. broadcast) allows Amazon to analyze not just whether people are watching or not, but also what they watch. I’d not be at all surprised to learn that Amazon has data showing that people skip over the studio stuff and that is exactly why it is going away.

The celebrity face off is the dumbest thing on the planet. It needs to go away and be replaced by more Clark and Co. shenanigans.

This is what I always hoped for anyway. I always liked the specials the best, and I hoped with an Amazon budget they could just do those

If ditching the tent also means ditching the celebrity laps, the power laps, and so on, good. That stuff just isn’t good TV and I feel like most people skip through a lot/all of it.

Honestly I have no problem with GT turning into what the last seasons of TG US and TG AUS were. Just the challenges/road trips, uninterrupted by pointless studio segments.

There is a special place in hell reserved for people who shoot videos like this in portrait.

This. It wasn’t smooth enough or varied enough.

I am both satisfied and disappointed. Satisfied: this is the right idea. Disappointed: this is poor execution. Someone with time needs to get *actual* NASCAR radio chatter.

I don’t know what NASCAR spotters are, but that was hilarious.

“I was elected to lead. Not to read.”

HANG ‘UM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did I say that those things are ok or that some or all of them shouldn’t also be priorities?
...
Turns out I didn’t say anything of the sort, so I’m not sure what your point was supposed to be here, other than to be a contrarian for no particular reason.

Hot take:

Yeah but I’m still gonna give the guy at Fry’s the bird when he insists. I didn’t sign an agreement, asshole, and those guys definitely ARE about theft.

So they’re actually treating me like a criminal to keep me from getting ripped off by the cashier?
