@mporter42: I would also argue that the ability to use Google Voice and literally never use a minute of talk time from your plan, (as per my last Verizon bill) lets you buy a much cheaper plan and spend less money while getting more bang for your buck, especially considering the wonderful new data plans AT&T is

@livbem: It allows you to say 'I don't really need an 8mp camera, but I do need a physical keyboard. I also want Verizon instead of AT&T because I actually like having service.' You can't do that with an iPhone.

@mporter42: How about 8MP pictures, widgets, a much better (read: not controlled by dictators at Apple) app market, the ability to chose your own hardware, the choice of carriers, the ability to change settings in less taps, and more ability to link up with social networks? Do any of those things count?

Androids open market and the numerous handsets that you can customize to your needs make it the vastly superior phone. This new iPhone still doesn't do or have all the things the Droid Incredible can. It just looks pretty to the Apple fans.

One thing I'm noticing about this is that once you start using Subsonic on your Android device, it kicks off a 30 day timer and after that it seems to require a "donation" to continue using that feature. This sounds like a 30 day trial to me.

This is a pretty awesome feature. Its one of the things I love about using a fat client like Outlook 2010.

VOTE: Camtasia, but only just barely!

I often use the motion-sensor feature on Yawcam for my security purposes. Not many features to the program, but its free and seems to work fairly seemlessly. #security

I think that they should just go ahead and stop throwing money at wars overseas, and just pay off the credit cards of everyone in America that used their cards for things like school.

@dchall8: are there any in San Francisco?

This is cool, but I agree with Phoshi; this could do SO much more!

Thought this was a neat find here too.

Accstation has a miniscrewdriver with 15 bits for a buck with free shipping. Gotta love deals!

This is cool. I agree with fredygamer that an add event option would be nice, but this is a big step in the right direction! Props to the coder!

Speaking of sweet deals on TV's, Dell is running a deal right now where you can get a 24 inch HD widescreen monitor for $188, free shipping.

The lack of user scripts has been the big barrier for me with Chrome. But now that Google is starting to look at the scripts "market", I think I may well adopt this browser fully, especially after the pwn2own competition.

I've been using Grandcentral for a long time, and I was worried that Google would somehow screw with the nice rhythm I had going with it. Well slap me twice, cuz Google has provided an awesome new product here! I've been really happy with this so far, and can't wait to see what else they do with it. The only thing
