I’ve had dental cleaning come as a standard part of dental insurance in the US, so this is definitely more of a fun gimmick than an actual save money trick.

I was playing Planetside the other day, and god the squad I was in was so racist, I would have left they they didn’t have an xp boost and were the only large squad available. So yeah, I do see the use case for this, even though this isn’t going to solve the problem of humans being assholes. Which we haven’t solved for…
I say it’s nothing more than when we look down, we tilt our head forwards, and when we look up, we tilt our head backwards.
Well they could always use the Japanese lottery/chuusen system tied to either bank accounts or some sort of personal identification.
I will second the G502, had it for 4 years and still works like a charm. Thing is it does has cable twisting problems, and it got bad enough that the external anti tangle cloth got shredded just a month ago

Yeah, unlike F1 there is just a LOT more that can happen in rally. Only major downside is that there’s only three manufacturers at the top level (which amounts to a max of 9 drivers in the championship). A lot more in WRC2, but we’re mainly there for the extra hot hatches no?
Finally some quantitative information for people who say gaming is data intensive. Like videos take up far more data per hour.
Got Game pass for a Dollar and am playing a LOT of Forza Horizon 4. Tuning and painting a Honda Type R rally car. Also need to finish ranked battles on World of Tanks.
Take it from the guy who’s been here for almost 4 years and still never bothered to eat there.
“not far from UCLA”
You mean right in front of it :/. And as an aside, I’m told the Ralphs and Target nearby is good for celeb spotting.
Just noticed this, but there’s an extra 0 in the title.
Solving problems with indirection. Solid proof that Pirelli is staffed by Computer Science majors.
*cough* Planetside *cough*
Do coders actually have better things to do?
Well, I know I can’t find one on Google Maps in LA. I can’t even find a bus that takes me to Gorman Ridge for the Gorman Ridge Rally.
I’ve always figured that a simpler method for implementing self driving cars (at least on the programming side) was to shove sensors/some device along every single road which would broadcast geographic/road data to closest cars, ala how Audi’s supposedly getting their cars to communicate with traffic lights.
1.Well, tanks do run the risk of damaging roads (though they can be outfitted rubber pads if I’m not mistaken). That being read, I hear that the US has a insane surplus of M1s.
Well I’m back into trying to complete XCOM Legendary Ironman without playing on the other difficulties :>. So far it’s been going well (only 2 bad “accidents in action”).
I’m willing to believe that some of the tyre design was aided by WRC and World RX tyres, considering the cars in both series are the torquiest we have in active use today.
What were the other options, out of curiosity?
