Spot on.

I thought the Las Vegas planet/save-the-animals subplot was terrible, Finn’s once-interesting character was completely under-served and giving the enigmatic at best “Holdo” a hero’s send-off a completely baffling choice but now I realize these are not problems with the film but problems with ME; a whiny baby. Thanks

Sam Barsanti: “Does not compute"

since Solo made it clear that audiences don’t necessarily need to see a new movie every single year

It’s okay not to like someone because she’s bad; it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are sexist.

Floyd Mayweather didnt become a big name or sell PPVs until he became the obnoxious, moneyMayweather. Americans dont embrace black fighters.

Woodley is doing the only thing he can in an industry that has fewer employee rights than the NFL. He’s controlling his own narrative but doing it in a way that forces fans and the UFC to give in eventually.

>because of those fans, the show is becoming easy to hate

This appears to be taking place in a non-continuity bubble where, most likely, Captain America isn’t a Nazi dictator.

Hardcore UFC fans will sleep a lot easier tonight as soon as someone reads this to them.

As much as I enjoy reading Deadspin, I don't think their ignoring an issue will fix it. Especially because a lot of people enjoy MMA. Why ignore it when being critical could ultimately (hopefully) change the organization for the better?

This article is missing some insults hurled at manbaby Dana White. He is terrible.

Every time I see stories like this I figure Goodell is steaming “why can’t I get away with shit like this...”

It’sa shame Marvel’s animated efforts became so damn bad. There was a time when they did really good animated movies like Doctor Strange, Ultimate Avengers, World War Hulk, Iron Man and also great TV shows like Avengers EMH, Spectacular Spider-Man and then Disney got hold of them and while you’d expect things to

DC will continue to flail around with no real direction and purpose as long as Dan DiDio is still in charge. DC’s leadership has been slow to the punch in pretty much every area compared to the rest of the comics world. Geoff Johns can only do so much when the rest of the hierarchy is so stuck in the past.

The funniest/saddest thing to me about this whole Rebirth notion is just DC’s accidentally impeccable timing.

Batman v Superman, like Man of Steel, was clearly influenced by the New 52 “grim n’ gritty” approach. The film releases to huge (though swiftly plummeting) opening weekend numbers, despite middling audience

As a decades long DC reader I had to just stop last year with the DC You refocus. The N52 was such a mixed bag of better and worse and better cut short to give way for more worse. I decided to take a year off to see what DC did and after a year things are just being reshuffled again... They really need to sort

Yeah 300 proved to me he was afraid of brown/black people.

Firstly, Frank Miller revealed himself to be a huge bigot in an interview. And an ignorant one too. So you know where this story came from.
