I am not sure I have ever completely dismissed a movie because of someone’s second hand description of a single scene.

I fall back to the old idea that I was raised with:

Even in the US, I carry-on my vape whenever I fly. There’s no problem at all going through security. I know better than to fire it up, though.

Makes me wonder how many times pilots do this without screwing up. I’m more worried about the tendency of batteries in cheap vape pens to explode, and the apparent ease with which this pilot managed to get a vape pen through security.

Ip Man is one of my go to movie recommendations for anyone wanting some good martial arts action that they’ve yet to see. He’s the best part of Rogue One simply because his character A) is a badass, and B) knows the score from jump street.

I say ignore the existance of the notch when developing apps. If someone complains, tell them the problem is their phone’s non-standard display. If enough popular app devs do this it will create market pressure away from notches.

S.O./friend/family member has a different model of phone? still works (assuming they have a charging cable)
