I looked it up.
The day they directed their sights on The Toronto Star's Richard Griffin was a great day. A great, great day.
@IanKinslerFan: Dude. Those SEC filings have nothing to do with the PIPE transaction. You should read the complaint (and Cuban's own blog posting about the sale), which make pretty freakin' clear that Cuban found out about the PIPE from a telephone call with the CEO.
The complaint is here: [sec.gov]
@IanKinslerFan: What in heaven's name are you talking about? This lawsuit is obviously not being brought on the basis that Cuban read publicly filed documents that no one else noticed. Whatever you think you read or heard, you misread or misheard.

I'm not going to tell you how long I spent trying to figure out what Simmons meant by that dig. Suffice it to say, I still haven't figured it out. (How does Oprah-Obama get you to Berman?)
D! D! Come on, D!!!!
Cutie!

Hey, protesters!
Heh, heh, Chuck Todd said Nancy Pelosi has a caucus.
I brought this up in DUAN last night, and I'm going to go right ahead and bring it up here: if Obama starts a trend of men eschewing cheap suits in favor of good suits, I'm all for it. Just look at that picture of the Obamas and the Bushes — how can you ever walk into a Men's Wearhouse again as long as you can…
They were anticipating the bailout of the auto industry and rightly booing.
SPOILER ALERT!
