It's too late for Pepe.

IDK. My guess is he's already getting paid a fair amount for this trolling.

I want this to happen.

You didn't have time to read all of that. Go on back and get to work.

I have a friend who's rewatching the show right now. He was trying to talk to me about it, and suddenly all I could hear were slurs over and over again from the movie.
I did not remember how horribly tone deaf it was until just then.

Sigh. Next time I'll just leave you hanging instead of wasting more time my employer owns. Practice Wheaton's law.

TBH, this discussion bores me, as I have zero interest in fan fic and a somehow negative interest in Twilight, particularly. I say that not as something you are to interpret as a 'burn', but as explanation of why I won't bother to respond in this thread again. My interest was exhausted yesterday.

'Basing your work on an existing universe and filing the serial numbers off is not copyright infringement.'

'Further, I think it's great that people who are writing fan fiction and posting it on the Internet for free are being encouraged to create something of their own instead — even if that just means filing the serial numbers off, that's okay.'
