I'm right there with you. I open up Chrome and I have Gmail, Google Voice and Google Calendar open automatically and I leave them open all day long. I even bought a wireless headset so I can make and receive calls on the computer and of course I'm forever texting people via Google Voice. I've archived every last

I've been using Google Voice since it was originally called "Grand Central" and it just keeps getting better. I don't know how many know it, but Sprint has full Google Voice integration. It's awesome. No tricks to make your Google Voice number show up on caller i.d. when you call out, etc. You can also make your

I'm forever thankful for Foobar2000. I can't say enough good things about it. Now that Winamp is nearly departed, I hope more people will check it out, but not too many. I still like that it's a not real well-known service among most.

I had a car phone back in the early 90's, mounted on the dash by Cellular One. I justified it as being something good to have in the case of an emergency. God, that thing was HUGE and obnoxious!

Hands-down Chrome. Less Is More. It's powerful without being bloated and lethargic and it's minimal and sleek looks make the browsing experience much easier, not to mention it has the fantastic omnibar. Has Firefox ripped that off them yet or do they still keep it separated from the address bar? I never thought

I totally disagree. By adopting your Google Voice number, you can do so many things like have it ring multiple phones, transcribe voicemails and you can also forward texts and voicemails, etc.. I've been using it since they were called Grand Central, before Google bought them out and improved the service. At this

Personally, I love every car in the Cadillac lineup and I'm under 40, but as you said, who can afford it right now? Fortunately I'm in the position to buy something in that price range, but as much as I love the new Cadillacs, for that amount of money, I opted for a BMW instead. The poor Caddy's still have that

I'm glad they're back in production. I've owned two and loved them both.

Well, one thing is undeniable. Mac's have the best desktop wallpapers. The rest, they can have. Not interested.

IGNORANCE is so unbecoming.

You can also Ctrl+Shift+T to open your last closed tab. I jut learned that one myself and I use it constantly.

Yeah, well Julia's sister doesn't have yellow teeth like she does. Just sayin'.

Mine was Mrs. Steiner who taught me government and social studies in high school. Her daughter and son-in-law were good friends with my parents and so was she. They were at our house for dinner numerous times and vice-versa and we even went on vacations together.

I so agree with you about siblings. It is expected that we will be the strong ones and we usually are for our parents' sake. When my brother died I remember just hating morning times when my parents would go into work and I'd have to get myself ready for school and to catch the busy. I always had my brother with me

The only thing I can tell you is that it DOES and WILL get easier. It never goes away, but it will be less painful in the right amount of time. You absolutely have to continue living your life. I 100% believe our departed loved ones are with us spiritually and they certainly wouldn't want us to wallow in our grief

Wahur, I understand completely your concerns for your other two children. When my brother was killed I was the only child left, so to this day I am forever wearing my seatbelt, refuse to get on a motorcycle, just anything too dangerous. I can't bear the thought of my parents going through it again. I don't find it

When I was 15, my 12 year old brother was killed in an accident and to this day I can hear my parents literally screaming in the emergency room when they heard. I doubled over and the rest was a haze. We went in to see him, I remember, but after that it's pretty much a blur.

Wow, thank you!! I've had nothing but exceptional success with refurbished products. In fact, it's almost the only thing I buy when it comes to technology, particularly computers. My main source is eBay, who sells a LOT of manufacturer-refurbished products, but I tend to avoid the owner-refurbished ones.

Are there any similar stores for Windows products? I would love to have any number of Mac products, but I have so much invested in Windows both personally and at work, that it's unlikely I will ever spend so much on an Apple product, aside from an iPod, perhaps.
