Missed these every time since it started, so here is some stuff from the past month I have made.

I made London broil and Sobu noodle stir fry with sugar snap peas and baby bok choy and I made my own chicken stock and attempted and failed to make fortune cookies.

We made this tasty steak and Greek couscous dinner this week, and then I turned the leftover extra steak into a huevos rancheros kind of biz...

Got fancy for some reason, and threw this together: lamb chops with a red wine-tamarind reduction, served with basil-mint pesto (all these things being invented by me getting all creative/drunk) and miso eggplant tahini toasts
