Italian here, chiming in to reinforce the notion that Italians do not consider “Fredo” an insult equivalent to the n-word. There is no word, nel mio parere, that comes anywhere close to being as repulsive as the n-word. Even real insults directed towards Italians, like guinea, greaseball, wop, etc., don’t come close.

I’m waiting for the Aston Martin Vapid, Vainglorious, and my favorite, the AM Verisimilitude.

Um, Obama won Florida in both of his elections, and so did Bill Clinton, so Florida has gone blue recently. We’ve been purple for a long time. We have been on the right side of things like legalizing marijuana and restoring voting rights to convicted non-violent felons who have completed their sentences. But like a

As someone who also finds anything except Airstreams to be hideous and yet still wants one, I wonder why more people aren’t choosing to do a vinyl wrap in the color/pattern of their choice? I mean, it’s a box, should be easier to wrap than a Lambo. (yes, I know the RV would require 5-6 times the material, but it’s

Dealers wishing to become Corvette certified are also required to buy the Corvette specialist uniform: A Tommy Bahama silk button-down short sleeve shirt with a design on the back featuring a smiling stingray smoking a cigar with a parrot while sitting in a ‘63.

I’ll give you all an even better tip if you want to board earlier, and it doesn’t cost you a dime. All it takes is a nice smile on your part, friendliness, and downloading your boarding pass on to your phone. (that last one is critical)

I was making a joke about the misspelling. The leather is called Nappa, not Napa. Oh well...

Is “Napa” leather made from Cabernet Sauvignon cow hides, or Syrah?

Did anyone else notice that Klobuchar seemed to be literally vibrating? She looked so nervous.

I currently have a 2013 TT-RS (bought Sep 2012), and a 2018 SQ5 (lease currently, thanks Tom! LOL). My TT-RS has been trouble free, and it’s biggest consumption is brake rotors, I’m currently on my 4th set. However, I do take my car to the track on a regular basis, so rotors, pads, and tires are all consumed

I don’t. There are plenty of times when anger to outright righteous indignation is warranted. But not in this case. And no, stealing 4 wheels off of someones car for them stealing a few dollars of electricity is not true equivalency. Furthermore, your assertion that we find ourselves here because of too much

But you could use it to power your ornithopter!

LOL, I’ll star you to get you out of the grays. I shouldn’t have used the cliche “in my mirrors”, as actually I usually see them driving 50 in the left lane on I-95, with their smug faces. Sometimes I think Priuses are powered by self-righteousness.

“Brazenly steals”? LOL, lighten the fuck up, like all the people here saying “I’d light the guys car on fire” or “I’d put dogshit on his car”, their anger is way out of proportion with what was done. And no, the victim here bears no responsibility for acting a certain way. He is entitled to act any way he likes, and

Well, since I don’t know exactly how it played out I wouldn’t be so quick to blame Mr. Fraumeni for being an enabler. Also, his behavior is not at issue here: they had the obligation to at the very least apologize. Asshole behavior is asshole behavior, and turning the blame on the victim is incorrect.

The thing that stands out to me is the assertion that the Tesla driver didn’t even offer an apology. That would have been the least they could do. The other thing I am curious about, is if the charging cable wasn’t long enough to allow him to go from the car to the receptacle while still on the swale, what would he

To use another article from yesterday...

Mercedes told NYT it does background checks on all buyers...” What utter bullshit. Background checks? You’re buying a car, not an ICBM. If I walk into a Mercedes dealer tomorrow and hand them a certified check for the total amount for a car, they give me the car, that’s it. There’s no background check.

I am in the travel business, have Global Entry, which also gets you precheck, as you noted. Precheck is worth it, but not Global Entry, IMO, and here is why. Precheck is worth it only from the perspective of not having to take off shoes, belt, laptop out, and go through those scanner machines instead of a
