This was, by far, the strongest season of OITNB. The last few seasons lagged behind in actual storytelling and comedy, and had a really weird sense of time. This season managed to take place all within one week (?) and stay entertaining. Even the political aspect, although very heavy handed, managed to still say

They’re killing main characters off at the same level that Game Of Thrones is killing off main characters.
I’m calling it now, everyone in NYC is going to be dead by the season finale
Except for Elliot, plot armor is thick on that kid

"No one's gonna vote for Jill Stein"

my family loved hemlock grove but GOD that show is awful. I also tried watching Sense 8 and hated that, too.

This show is getting a lot of hate in the comment section, but I think the characters are meant to be empty and shallow. It's like DC's version of "Silicon Valley." While Silicon Valley's depressing realism is hilarious (to everyone that doesn't live in that world), House Of Cards' depressing reality is just

And none of them are hannibal

It's possible that they are unaware. That they have never seen one of the countesses creatures killed on the premises, or maybe they are unaware if they have been.

I really liked scream queens. It was a mess, but damn was it entertaining. It's like if Coven was self-aware.

I've learned to let logic go and just have fun with this show. There are moments that seem wholly unnecessary (ex: the hotline bling end scene) but they are still fun. Maybe I'm just defending a show that seems to have gone off the deep end, I don't know. But this show is a lot of fun.
