After playing FPS’s on my pc, Destiny on console, any shooter on console, feels like molasses.

Why would they give you those things? Destiny sold exceptionally well without any of them. Until people stop supporting, ($$$), piecemeal releases, companies are incentivized to see exactly how far they can push that business model.
