Was his brain squirming like a toad?

Whose porn name is “Vlad the Impaler”.

Based on my experience, which may be limited, putting on bigger wheels typically means going to lower profile tires. These can really mess up the ride of such a big comfy sedan. I’m not saying don’t do it, but maybe push it down the priority list if you have only $5,000 budgeted.

What I don’t get is - do they turn off traction control? If so, WHY??? I’ve done some unnecessary acceleration in my BMW on a wet road with summer tires (Bridgestone RE11s) and traction control stepped in and kicked me right in the nuts, shutting down the nonsense immediately.

Star for Kids in the Hall reference.

What kind of a Porsche do you have? I have a Cayman GTS. Love it.

You can see this in India all the time!

As a metro DC resident, I see a lot of cars with Eastern tags on them. I always suspected they were super shady based on their ads, but I sure see a lot of their sales.

Very true. Also, the manufacturers tie big bonuses to dealership customer satisfaction scores so there’s an actual financial incentive for them to look after you.

First gear: it probably depends on how the dealership is run (like any company) and maybe what marques they sell. I know a Porsche salesman who has worked at the same dealership for 15+ years, and a BMW salesman who’s been at one dealership for about 10 years. You mean like in a HUD? I didn’t think Tesla has a HUD but I could be wrong as I occasionally am.

Korean food is just awesome stuff! Immediately go out and consume some!

I truly envy the home cuisines you must have grown up with!

I hear you on the nostalgia or intangibles factors. I think about the cars my dad owned and how I learned to drive in them, and maybe I’d like to drive one of them again if they were still around (which they aren’t). To me, that’s the one aspect that makes sense, and if folks would just say it’s for nostalgia, I think

I’ve always wondered where this the-past-was-great idea comes from (“Make America Great Again”?). I’m in my late 50s and the past was not as good, believe me. Even if you forget all the social commentary and just focus on cars - I’ve owned cars since 1980. Each has been miles better than the one it replaced.

Once again raising the question of why we park on driveways and drive on parkways. Also, what’s the deal with airline peanuts?

I didn’t realize Cthulhu had such a wide range of aftermarket accessories.

I feel like Yakety Sax would need to play as it happens.
