I agree there is no such thing as equal workers, but I am simply arguing for an increased wage floor for competent employees. By no means would any employer be forced to hire or retain anyone they deem unsatisfactory.

Nobody ever said “regardless of work quality.” By all means, don’t hire morons, and fire incompetents.

Yes, fast food employees deserve a living wage.
