This is a current issue with steam as well which many people seem to be overlooking. I e had my account Russian hacked on steam, my brother, our friends people act like steam is immune to security issues, they’ve just had longer to deal with them - and it’s still an issue.

Steam accounts get hacked EVERY DAY.  nearly all of my friends have had a Russian takover of their accounts on steam.
