For clarification, I meant It’s the expectation that everything for every game will be there that is asinine, not “accessibility” be added.

Also, angry commenters, thanks for proving my point about people being immediately insulting if you don’t agree with the comment.

It’s called ROI for the board and shareholders. You can disagree with the truth all you want, but the reason things like this are done (or not done) are literally because they don’t deem the ROI to be worth the squeeze.

I’ve had to work through my issues since my major injury and haven’t demanded a single other entity do shit for me, but be upset about something nearly inconsequential to your life. The fact that Bethesda HASNT done it proves my point. Its literally ROI. Return always takes precedence over nice to haves. Accessibility

Stop giving them a pass? You act like they are out specifically targeting some marginalized community and giving them the finger.

Yeah, but not every single game can cater to every type of person, audience or disability. At some point, it rests on the person to find augments to assist them, perfect example - it’s why TTY services exist, because not every single company can provide a deaf communication channel should someone need it.

This is one of the big reasons this stopped being a daily or even monthly stop for me. It felt like the pitchforks were always coming out for every little thing. If company x didn’t acknowledge group y or game z made a questionable reference to party w, or otherwise perfect game a didn’t have k feature for the 3

You just described the American political system.  Nice.

That’s precisely what I meant by ‘staying power’. Factorio has had the ability to be released years ago and continue attracting new players at the original sale price to keep the cash flow positive. It also seems to attract the player type that has a different outlook - like you mentioned, you believe you got a ton of

Daniel, this is a real late response, but the offer is still there!  If you are ever in northern Utah, drop me a note @ shiro@shiroindustries.com

Yes. BUT it is a $3540 special color. Not as crazy as Paint to sample custom.

My year late response - yee, there is. A 996 Carrera S exists. They are RWD only (2 wheel drive) narrow bodies, not to be mistaken with a C4S, Carrera 4S, the AWD variant that are wide-bodies.

So this is a YEAR late because I logged out and forgot about this website. Whoops. If you are still around checking posts, I am in the SLC area and seriously welcome you to come and take her for a cruise.

Devs either need to make new games to sell and stop supporting old ones or they have to sell add-ons to old games to continue to make money so the devs can continue to be supported/employed.

First, the article makes it seem like Porsche is out to redo the 996. They arent. This was a 1 of 1 commission by pca. That’s it. The only 996s getting crazy have been 4S and turbos. If you look at the auction trend on BaT, you’ll see it hasn’t gotten too crazy. (Yet)

It still is the bargain. The article makes it seem like Porsche is out to redo 996s and more of these, but it was absolutely a 1 of 1 commissioned piece from PCA.

The big problem with the 996 is the interior. The car is fine even if the base suspension is a little soft and the IMS of the non-turbos. Drives great, decent power and the 4S is a wicked good all season sports car. The 4S was great and had wonderful hips that actually gave the 996 proper figure.

Ive followed this project for awhile via PCA and this is definitely not any indication of “Porsche wants to rehab the 996". This was a specific PCA 1 of 1 project that was presented at Werks Reunion Amelia Island.

This is an oddly smug take on one of the last Japanese luxury barges we will ever see. The RLX with the RL and Legend and Vigor before it are all pretty great cars. I’m not sure I understand the condescending attitude you have.

Um, the topic was sarcasm literally about America’s Army, then he chimes in with “remember America’s Army?!”
