Sadly this is the US (and any other country with a similar corporate structure) in a nutshell. Instead of in-fighting, everyone needs to realize that the top guys are the ones hogging all the money, not the guys fighting over peanuts.

Time for everybody to fight each other instead of realize they’re all probably underpaid. Nothing like the “but..but...I only get paid XXXX. I’m mad” approach. It totally ignores the fact that the other guy, and you too, should be getting paid more.
