My assumption is that the current owners overpaid when they bought the place. Even with the current mark down, its still above the market rate in that area and that’s before considering the extra costs new buyers would incur when tearing down all that terrible cosmetics

this is where you are wrong, artist do studies for a reason to study not sell in mass production. You know the problem for an artist is if they straight up plagiarize? they get blacklisted if they want to work in the animation/film/video game industries. And they can be sued for copyright infringement which happened…

The way that human artists learn to draw and the way that the Stable Diffusion algorithm generates images are fundamentally different. Modern “AI” is still incomparable to actual human intelligence; that’s just a label that researchers put on it to make it seem more advanced than it is, and you’re buying it.

It’s pretty damn obvious tech companies are trying to make artistic/creative labor in general obsolete through the increasing popularity of AI tools(obviously pushed by them). AI tools may be flawed right now, but people are overlooking the true intent here.
