I remember watching that RE movie for the first time and I was like “hmm well this is different from the game, but its not terrible.” and then that laser scene happened and I just checked out.

This is a nice way to suggest someone is incorrect.
You’re wrong. She’s a delicate rose.
Lightning has always struck me as a person who likes Beer, and would get a beer with you in a seedy space alien bar. (While wearing expensive designer threads). Seems to fit IMO.
I look forward to the day we meet again.
Cloud could totally pull this off. :<
I’m completely clueless about the problems women have in Japan. Was kind of surprised from reading the comments. Is it that huge of a problem?
The fact that I can’t bore women with my opinions on games is a crime against my Mammoth Hunting Genetic Mandom and we should get the Trilby Team on the problem right now until I feel safe to force my opinions on women again.
true. but the live action series/movie is doing well and plus that got us not only a real 1:1 scale patlabor................................
Some may be against it but if you have ever played a game online and watched/listened to what happens when a girl enters.... well then you know why places like this are good. Girls can hang out without geeky horny men bugging them to be “friends”.
Having this place is in no way masking the problem. It’s giving women a safe space while people actually fix the problem.
What if I brought tequilla?
What’s next, women’s clubs? Women only bar lounges, or smoking rooms?
This will no doubt become a yaoi discussion paradise ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Jason,
You will make a wonderful politician someday :) “I know that people are dying in the Middle East but that’s sad so I’d rather talk about all this FREE ICE CREAAAAAAAAAAAM!”
Yea, shining light on these, as painful as it can be to read and not be able to help, is massively important.
Not the most cheerful, sure, but maybe the most important?
We’re bringing back our regular “Video Game Industry Layoff Stories” feature, where we round up layoff stories from the volatile game industry. If you’re a game dev who wants to share a story—totally anonymously—e-mail me.
Never again, but we will always remember.
