I’m so glad that the reanimated this scene for Death though...

I was saying shock comes in many forms and expressions, not just your singular idea of what you think shock is supposed to be.

That Macgregor image is a fake, just FYI. But search for Velvet Goldmine screencaps, that film has a real full frontal.

Dude, Ben Affleck is a perfect human man. All of his body are belonging to my mouth.

All the projects Cary Joji Fukunaga has been involved with have been fantastic. One season of Nic Pizzolatto’s writing has been decent (but probably due to the involvement of Mr. Fukunaga) the rest has been terrible and don’t get me started on his books.

Judges are supposed to be impartial. That’s a large facet of their job. The fact that she even acknowledges that he was a nice kid in middle school is a lot for a judge to convey. Also a shocking event in a person’s life doesn’t always have to elicit a facial expression similar to this emoticon: (*o*).

They just announced hiring of new animators at Studio Khara for an unnamed Evangelion project about a month ago. Now it could be an Eva related short for the Japan Animator’s Expo, or it could be for Shin Eva. At least you’ll have the awesome Neon Genesis Evangelion Blu-Ray Box Set to tide you over until Shin Eva.

Uh actually it’s “ロンギヌスの槍” or “Ronginusu no Yari”.

Answer: Japan, DUH.

Also, does the localized version come with both Japanese and English voice acting? I’m guessing it probably only comes with the latter, so that factors in too. Do you like the Japanese voice actors, or the English voice actors better?

Exactly, impatience tax. It’s not that much in the long run, you lose maybe $20-30 which isn’t that much for something I enjoy.

The point is getting the best of both worlds. Being able to play it right away but as Mike said his Japanese isn’t too great so the understanding would be limited while playing the import. So you could recoup some of your costs with selling the imported game (imports tend to keep their resale value a tad bit better,

Buy the import version and then sell it a month or two before the English release and then buy the English version? Best of both worlds?

Frontier Development was also apart of Roller Coaster Tycoon 3’s development, right?

A Let’s Play will not do either game justice. The control system in Shadow of The Colossus at least is half of the experience. For example they made it so that the horse won’t always react to what you tell it to do, just like how a real horse would react.

My wish was not only granted but this comment was also featured in the “Internet Reacts to FFVII Remake Post”! Huzzah!

This needs to be higher up the comment chain.

Yeah, it’s kind of a shame. Some games’ 3D was really great (Shadow of The Colossus) but a lot of games incorporated it really poorly and had to sacrifice frame rate or resolution in order to include it.
