Some people just have tics, and they don’t need some sort of organic plot explanation. It could also just be a con that he hasn’t dropped yet.

The domestic violence charges were dropped, yes. I’d imagine the dozens of screenshots and saved convos of him leveraging his position to send inappropriate messages to minors was kind of the bigger deal to the company that makes cartoons for teenagers.

A lot of people also fail to realize that despite the “created by” credit Justin Roiland receives, he actually has done less than 5% of the writing across both of those shows. Dan Harmon handles a lot of the writing and direction in addition to a writing team that helps write a majority of the episodes.

What about the direct except for Peach and Thousand Year Door was impressive? It was mostly DS and 3DS remakes. They were about equal in my eyes.

Sarcasm aside, SE has been pretty blind to what fans of their games actually want for a very long time for the most part.

Wait, so are you telling me that when you change a mainline game of a storied franchise from the genre it helped build into a pretty but otherwise mediocre action game, fans who didn’t preorder aren’t interested? 

I don’t disagree, but I am always shocked at just how many people have difficulty showing up for work on time. Or sometimes at all. The old adage that “80% of success in life is just showing up” is surprisingly accurate because a lot of people can't seem to manage even that.

One thing about this: It was helpful to know that showing up for work on time is a feat worthy of mentioning in a rapist-but-nice-guy character reference letter.

The writer who wrote that also wrote Pretty Woman, so I’d say Maher is the problem here.

I stuck somewhat with Maher for longer than a lot of people, through all of the scolding his audience for not laughing enough, even through some of the xenophobia which isn’t my bag but it wasn’t the only thing he talked about...until more and more those became the only things he talked about and he can’t go five…

Every time I think I can’t like Maher less he goes and proves me wrong.
