The issue is that now that those execs and producers are so old now, they don’t want to put in the effort in creating new franchises.

It’s so weird to have such an attacking opinion on someone...and have absolutely no idea about that person. 

The irony here being that Dr. Robotnik is at least smart enough to have assistants around that personally handle so many different departments (i.e. the mid zone bosses), instead of taking all on himself.
