He knows he’s mentally ill, dropped the meds, and is basically giving himself brain damage for the sake of causing ill actions towards others.
All mercy is lost on him, and there’s nothing he will do (even if he was of sound mind) to repair the damage he’s caused.

He’ll rebound just as easily as R.Kelly did while being a known predator for so long. Ultimately, until someone actually does what Netflix did, investigate him and expose him...he’ll still have some layer of a protective bubble.
