I love this show and this episode was a blast. I couldn't help but wonder that letting us see Francis during the torture scenes and with him locking Mary in a tower, that perhaps we are being led to dislike Francis enough to let him die. He is going to die soon. He really has to. I know the show doesn't follow history…
