Our grocery store does this- but everything except the meat is already prepared. Blue apron requires you to actually cook and prepare food- so it doesn’t feel like you are taking out
It’s not for everybody. I really like it because it fits my lifestyle. I can come home after a ten hour shift and bust out dinner for two while listening to a podcast. I can do that for 20$ and it tastes awesome 80% of the time. I cook big meals on the weekend when I have more time. Plus I make beans so can’t waste…

Alright- turns out you can’t use it to brew- it recirculates water to stay at temp so the grain and boil would need to be in a vacuum sealed bag. Thought it worked differently. Good luck on your 10 gallon endeavors !
I understand. I think it’s cool though. Definitely not practical. Ale fermentation should be complete after 5 days - need a diacytle rest for about 4 more. Crash day 9/10 then transfer to a corny can to carbonate a few days later. I guess if bottling you need a few weeks for carbonation. I always spent too much time…
