I started working towards a better self about 3 weeks ago, and I’m seeing little results. It’s so frustrating! I have completely cut out sodas and I’m eating way healthier than I used to. I’ve dropped my calorie intake to about 1,700, and I burn between 3,000 to 3,500 calories everyday. I do about an hour to hour and
