No they don't. My sister and I don't do that to each other. We are nice and supportive. Sometimes we disagree And even argue, but the way those women treat each other... My mom raised us to be allies, not enemies.

Kris Jenner spends as much time putting her children against each other as she does making money. She has made sure that her daughters viciously compete with and undermine each other. It's fucked up.

The red carpet is completely optional. Well, an actress could buy her own dress and skip the gauntlet of cameras and just go in to the venue.

They may come from perfectly lovely, loving homes. A factor may be that they are immigrants/children of immigrants. They have to deal with straddling two worlds; fitting in to Anglo/Western culture and pleasing their families.

Not that I'm against immigration, but I think that being children of immigrants is a substantial factor in this phenomenon.

I know what you mean. My practice is to just not get very close to these people. They get all my sympathy, but those red flags let me know not to get intimate or too close.
