I think you mean Otis. It's easy to forget, with this show. So many characters, so many deaths! Carry on.

Especially not at 58.

And didn't Krycek throw him down the stairs in his wheelchair AND he had lung cancer? That guy isn't CSM - he's Rasputin.

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

And I also forgot, in my original post, to express my joy that Rachel Bloom herself is so unapologetically non-traditional. Having spent 20 years in Hollywood myself, I can't begin to tell you how unusual it is to see someone with a less-than-perfect body headlining her own show. And the fact that Ms. Bloom shows…

Rick and Andrea are still a thing in the comics, and Carl calls her "Mom." Comic Rick says it's the best relationship he's ever had. But as someone else notes, Comic Andrea is no dope - she's strong, capable, smart, and better than Rick in many ways.

Guess I'm alone again, but after that first scene, I assumed that Richonne had been going on for awhile.

Maybe I'm seeing something different than everyone else, but to me, that screen cap looks like "R. Monroe," which I took to mean Reg.

FWIW, in the book, the unlikely Eugene ended up with the lovely Rosita.

I might be wrong, but I thought Brangelina predated Bennifer.

I was going to point that out. The closed caption said "Paul Rovia." FTR, Kirkman has said that he gave Jesus the same last name as the Monroe family (Douglas, not Deanna, in the book) because he wanted to show that, as in real life, sometimes unrelated people have the same last name. Kinda like John Lennon and the…

Thanks for this article. I've been trying to sell everyone I know on this show for months. But you failed to mention one of my favorite aspects of the show - its casual diversity. I think it just might have the most culturally diverse cast on TV, and they handle it really well, neither ignoring the ethnicity of its…

Tovah Feldshuh killed it in "Where's The Bathroom?" One of the best character entrances of all time.

It's kind of a pain in the ass. I never got the famed Nielsen box, but I was a Nielsen family during the all-important Sweeps Week period one year. Back then, you had to keep a written diary of what every TV and VCR (it was a long time ago) was tuned to at every hour of every day for a week, and who, if anyone, was…

FTR, she did in fact marry the frat-boy dope. IIRC, Benjamin breaks through the church doors right after they are pronounced man and wife. I remember thinking, "So now he's just run off with yet another married woman."

Agree about Owen's coercion, but thought Christina's adamancy against kids was weird, considering her, "Somebody sedate me!" moment after losing Burke's baby in Season 2(?). As I recall, Burke climbed into bed with her and held her as she cried. So okay, she evolved in her views about having kids. I just think such…

They've shown burned walkers before. It doesn't kill them; it does, however, damage what's left of their bodies to the point where they are mostly immobile and no longer a danger. In the past, we've seen charred skulls with their jaws flapping.

Sorry, but I have to disagree with this. Being a mother is all about loving your children, without regard to whether they're "worth loving" or not. It's all about unconditional love, and the only time I've ever experienced it is with my daughter.

Just a quibble here about the inclusion of Moses, David and other Jewish characters. As a Jew, I consider myself white and have no problem with non-Jews playing Jewish roles. Especially since Jews have been playing non-Jews forever. As for the other ones - ew. Carry on.

Yeah, that's why I qualified my reply with "or whatever the equivalent of that date was called then." Still, the fact remains, our current calendar counts the first ever AD year as the year 1.
