I was going with the “she would have been believed” narrative. I was right there with you. But then I remembered that Indira had Nadine’s file, with all those awful photos. If she wasn’t believed even with all that evidence, she has reason to believe that she wouldn’t be believed now.

Honestly don’t think she’s up for the same roles as Sandra Bullock. That said, she’s an excellent actress, and there are some nice supporting roles for women her age on network TV as well as on cable and streamers, which is where she has always been - a supporting actress on TV. I think - based on not much - that such people have business managers who handle the paying of monthly expenses and otherwise manage their money. Probably more than one person. We’ve never seen the Roys trading stock either, unless it was in pursuit of buying a company. And the kids seem way too dumb to handle…

One thing here - while certainly one should be granted a divorce from someone who you don’t wish to be married to, for any reason or no reason, no-fault divorce hurts innocent parties in other ways. There were actually two gadgets that didn’t work. Chuy was hidden, strapped into the ceiling with a gun that he was shooting into a pipe coming out of the ceiling. But rather than killing Barry, he killed everyone else. Comic genius!
