Yeah, I'm 31 so I had it a loooooong time ago, but my brother is 25 and I think the year he got chicken pox (1995ish?) was the last year before they introduced the vaccine.

I was in school before the vaccine for chicken pox, and IIRC what our parents did is plan for our whole 1st grade class to catch them all at one time (via the first infected kid) and get it over with, since it was assumed (known?) we were all going to get it eventually.

Does this mean he will be available to be the voice of KITT on the new Firebird/Trans-Am?

I don't know about France or Canada, but I lived in Germany for 2 years (2006-2008) and had very good experiences with several different types of medical care...dental, injury, sickness, etc.

I think that might be just a Catholic thing. I was raised Baptist (escaped thank God), and suicide was seen as a sin (murder) but not a ticket to Hell.

Duplicate post....guess I was drunk a few days ago when I originally posted about RtR. Sorry ladies and gents!

Ahhhh! This isn't Rosie the Riveter! I should know, I cross-stitched this lady. The lady by Norman Rockwell is RtR.

This isn't Rosie the Riveter...this is:

How can I join Love Thy Neighbor? I have little money, but I do have time to give. I live in Davie.

I thought it was Benedict?

I love Carbolic Smoke Ball! Awww, nostalgia...

I guess I just want to vent here....I've been married for two years, and all of the sudden Mr. Netz has become very jealous. I'm in grad school and 75% of my colleagues are male. I hang out with the women too, but also the males. This hasn't been a problem the whole time I've been in school (or before we were

More recently I've noticed that beer cans are generally 16oz (~500ml) when they're sold as single units, but 12oz/355 when sold in 6- or 12-packs. I think the pint sized cans are just relatively new.

I do agree with you on the bigger idea behind the dress code. To me, booty shorts aren't appropriate for me, but to each his own...if you're an adult.

A dress code is sexist when it disproportionately affects one gender over the other(s), even if done unintentionally.

Yes! I know what you mean about wanting to shed your maiden name if you aren't close/on speaking terms with your father. Is it really more enlightened to keep your father's name than to adopt your husband's?

What county? I've been booted out several times (law school) from Orange and once from Seminole. I'd actually LIKE to sit on a jury, but no chance in either Orange or Seminole.
