Giethoorn in The Netherlands! There are no cars, you have to get around town in (rented) boats. It's also called the Venice of the Netherlands. There are many small museums and shops to visit along the route and a nice nature park nearby. Giethoorn is a nice place for a vacation but also convenient for a nice day out.
